Bjp Race has an ASNU Injector testing and service machine. With this machine you can controll, flowtest and ultrasonic wash and service most of the injectors, Top-fed, Side-fed, Mechanical and even GDI injectors.
Note the minimum charge amount 500 SEK.
The Injector is sent back for collections / postal advances. So you pay for the job and the shipping back when you pick up the Injectors at your local delivery point.
At the moment (Summer 2021) we do test / service and send back within 1-2 weeks. If you are in a hurry please email: info@bjprace.se and ask how we are located.
First, the Injector is checked externally for any damage, bad o-rings, etc.
Then the resistance and inductance of the Injector are tested. So they hold the same resistance as from the factory and that the inductance does not vary between the diffusers.
A leak test is done. Fuel pressure is applied to the top of the Injector and controlled so that it holds 100% tight when closed.
Spray image is checked. Both static (fully open) but above all dynamic at a number of different opening hours. Check if the spray image is still like the factory or if it has become weak or oblique, poor atomization that can cause droplets or otherwise poor spray image.
The flow is dynamically controlled and written on the protocol so you can see the difference between the Injecotrs.
The flow is also controlled statically. So you can see the maximum flow of the Injector.
Should something be wrong, the customer is contacted if service is to be done on the Injectors or if it should be returned as they are with the protocol.
The Injecotrs are returned marked with numbers and you can then see on the accompanying protocol how much each individual Injector flows.

Then o-rings and the internal filter are removed.
The diffusers are placed in ultrasonic washing, and in the meantime are pulsed with various short and long opening times so that they are cleaned internally.
After washing, new o-rings and filters are mounted in the diffusers.
Then all tests are performed again before washing and everything is noted on the protocol.
The flow is also controlled statically. So you can see the maximum flow of the Injector.
You can see if and how many % the flow increased after washing if it was that the Injector was more or less clogged.
The Injector is delivered back marked with numbers and you can then see on the accompanying protocol how each spreader is feeling. Old o-rings and filters are also sent back.
Should there be any Injector that cannot be saved with ultrasonic washing, the customer should be contacted about any solution about new / new Inejcotr that can be matched together.
We carry out tests and service on most of the most commonly used top-feed injectors and side-feed injectors. Also most GDI injectors, also Piezo injectors. To get the injectors back as quickly as possible send them with DHL packages, Postnord Company packages or in padded letter with postage so it comes directly to us.
If you send by mail parcel, recommended, DHL service point or similar that we have to go and retrieve it can take up to 14 days extra as we do not have time to go to the post every day.
NOTE if you send DHL Service Points. Send to Frendo Ingo Hallsberg or Matöppet Åsbro. Do not send to Sojas Vretstorp then a fee of 500 SEK will be added!

Spridare vi inte jobbar med: Diesel spridare av någon form. E-TEC 2-takts spridare. TBI spridare av den typ som på bilden ovan.

Innan du skickar spridarna till oss. Vi behöver inte spridarna med fuelrail, plocka gärna bort dom ifrån den. Vi tar inte in bilar och demonterar spridarna från bilen heller, dom ska komma lösa. Ska du skicka bosch 980cc, 1200cc, 2200cc och likande kortare spridare, se till att spridarförlängaren/bottendapter kommer med till oss om du kör med såna så byter vi filter och o-ringar på dom. Vid full service byter vi o-ringar, tätningar, pintle caps och liknande servicedelar, men det kan hända att vi inte har just den o-ringen eller delen som sitter på spridaren så det får du fixa själv isåfall. Vi skriver en liten notis om det på spridarprotokollet.
Hur lång tid tar det att få tillbaka spridarna? Just nu vår/sommar 2026 ca 1-2 veckor från att du skickar dom till att du har tillbaka dom. Har ni väldigt bråttom så maila: nils@bjprace.se och fråga hur vi ligger till. Det går annars bra och komma förbi oss och lämna spridare på service. Vid mån om tid kan vi göra service på spridare medans du väntar om du kommer och lämnar dom, så kan du hämta dom cirka 2 timmar senare, beroende på hur mycket jobb det är.
OBS Vi utför ej jobb på Diesel spridare!
Vi utför test och service på dem flesta förekommande topmatade spridare, GDi/direktinsprut/piezo, slangspridare, mekaniska/K-jet, och sidmatade spridare. Lägg med kontaktuppgifter med telefonnummer och tänk på att packa noggrant. Skriv även vilket jobb som behövs: Bara test. Test (och service om det behövs) eller full service. En kopia av orderbekräftelsen eller hänvisa till ordernummer på en lapp med namn går och lägga med så har vi alla uppgifter och så är det förbetalat. Är det till företag och ska faktureras så skicka med fullständiga uppgifter och returadress, inkl mobil/telefonnummer och faktura/kontaktmail. Vi fakturerar ENDAST företag.
Du får själv ordna frakten hit till oss, vi skickar EJ någon fraktsedel. För att få tillbaka spridarna så snabbt som möjligt, skicka dem med DHL paket, Schenker, Postnord Företagspaket, Postnord Skicka Hem eller i vadderat brev med porto så det kommer direkt till oss. Om du förbetalar och lägger en order i våran webbshop innan du skickar spridarna till oss så är det bra och smidigt och vi skickar tillbaka dom samma dag som dom är klara. Annars hör vi av oss om det skulle vara några problem.
Skickar ni med postpaket, rekommenderat, DHL Servicepoint eller liknande som vi måste åka och hämta ut kan det ta upp till 14 dagar extra då vi inte hinner åka till posten varje dag.
OBS om ni skickar DHL Servicepoint. Skicka till Hallsberg eller Matöppet Åsbro. Skicka ej till Sojas Vretstorp då tillkommer en avgift på 500kr!
