Clamshell to get a nice and safe joint for aluminum parts. For use on pressure pipes, turbochargers, intercoolers and throttle bodies.

The clamshell kit consists of a 2-piece clamp and two welding flanges. One weld flange has two o-rings that form a tight joint when mounted to the other weld flange. The clamp is mounted with two stainless steel allen screws, but only one needs to be dismantled if you want to remove the clamp during service.

Similar design to Wiggins / Hydraflow used in aviation and Formula 1.
